Leading and Coaching People to Higher Performance
While a few lucky individuals are born with an innate ability to lead and coach employees effectively, most of us are not. This course is designed to help managers understand the various leadership and coaching styles that can be used effectively, as well as to grasp a better understanding of bad habits that can derail otherwise successful careers.
“The programs at UW-Madison are relevant and up to date with the current business environment. The instruction is top notch. I wish I had professors as good as yours when I was in college!”
