Lodging

The Fluno Center for Executive Education offers overnight accommodations in its 100 executive guest rooms, providing program participants with convenient and comfortable accommodations. Rate: Rooms are $144 per night (Single Occupancy). Other hotels are located on or near the UW-Madison campus.  If you are lodging at the Fluno Center, you may reserve a parking spot when you make your guest room reservation.

Parking

A 290-stall parking facility is conveniently located beneath the Fluno Center. The University of Wisconsin managed garage is available to the public for $10.00 per day on a first-come, first-serve basis.  If you are not lodging at the Fluno Center and would like to reserve a parking spot under the Fluno Center, contact UW Transportation Services at least 2 weeks before your arrival: UW Transportation Services/Special Events, 21 N. Other public lots (metered and attendant) are available within 2-3 blocks of the Fluno Center, Grainger Hall and the Pyle Center.

Taxi Service

If arriving by air you probably will not need parking. Madison is served by Dane County Regional Airport (MSN), which is located approximately 6 miles from the Fluno Center for Executive Education. Most participants coming for Executive Education courses take taxis to and from the airport. Taxis are readily available and the one-way fare is approximately $25.

Cancellation Policy

If after registering you are unable to attend a program, you must notify Pam Yunker, in writing, at pyunker@exed.wisc.edu or at Fluno Center for Executive Education, 601 University Ave., Madison, Wisconsin 53715.  Notice of cancellation must be received 30 days before the program to receive a full refund of tuition.  If notice of cancellation is received less than 30 days in advance of the program, you will be charged 100% of the program fee and may either send a substitute or attend a future session of the same program within one year.

No shows: If you do not attend the program, and have not made arrangements with our office, you will be charged 100% of the program fee.
